Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the AffiliateWorthy affiliate program. By signing up, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commissions

1.1 Commission Rate

You will earn a 25% recurring commission on all payments made by any new user you refer.

1.2 Definition of Recurring Payment

"Recurring payment" refers to all subscription payments made by a new customer for as long as they remain an active, paying subscriber.

1.3 Commission Period

Commissions are earned on all subscription renewals. If a user cancels their subscription and signs up again later (outside the cookie window), that may be considered a new referral.

2. Affiliate Link and Cookie Duration

When you join the program, you'll receive a unique affiliate link to share. If a referred user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, you'll earn a commission on their payments. If the user clicks another affiliate's link before purchasing, the last affiliate’s link will receive credit for the sale.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed on the 5th of each month via PayPal, provided you meet the required payout conditions.

3.1 Minimum Earnings Threshold

A minimum of $25 in commission must be earned for each payout. If your earnings don’t meet the $25 threshold, they will roll over to the next month and accumulate until the minimum is reached.

3.2 30-Day Hold

Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold to ensure transactions are finalized and to account for any potential refunds. For example, if a sale is made on January 1st, the commission will be paid out on the 5th of February, as long as your total unpaid earnings reach $25.

4. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote AffiliateWorthy on social media, websites, email, or other channels, as long as it complies with our guidelines. Make sure to use the correct affiliate link to track your referrals.

5. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or your affiliate dashboard.

6. Fraudulent Activity

We actively monitor referrals for compliance. If we suspect fraudulent activity, rule violations, or any attempts to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to withhold payments and terminate your participation without notice.

7. Requirements to Join

All you need is a PayPal account to receive payments. No prior purchase is required to join our affiliate program.
